SB Custom Homes Vic Pty Ltd is a Pakenham-based construction company focused on substantial residential and commercial projects. The company dates from 2025, with separate personal construction experience dating from 2019.
We deliver custom and new homes, knockdown-rebuilds, renovations, extensions, design-and-build coordination and small developments. We coordinate projects with clear communication, quality management and appropriately qualified trades or consultants where required, helping clients navigate decisions. Based in Pakenham, we focus on Melbourne’s south-east, with Greater Melbourne projects that may be considered case by case according to size, scope and location.
